Terms and conditions

  • The Players/Parents will be asked to commit to the programme by paying the full course fess up front
  • Places will be very limited so this will confirm your place on the programme.
  • This commitment to the programme will also help your child’s development over the long term.
  • If a child misses any sessions through no fault of Tennis Heaton then no refund will be due.  If it is the fault of Tennis Heaton then other sessions will be set up or a refund will be due.
  • Although Tennis Heaton is fully insured, individuals may wish to take out their own private insurance cover if they feel it is appropriate.
  • Tennis Heaton are not responsible for the management of the facilities and will accept neither liability nor claims for disappointment or dispute in relation to management of the facilities and activities.
  • Tennis Heaton will not be held liable for acts of God, fire, casualties, strikes or other events beyond their control.

In consideration for Tennis Heaton giving the parent and child individual access to view the training programme, training sessions, the parent and child agree as follows:

  • Tennis Heaton have the right to refuse to coach any individual, nursery or school in extreme circumstances.
  • Tennis Heaton accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents or other incidents that may occur during sessions.
  • Parents and or children are responsible for bringing appropriate footwear and clothing and failure to do so may mean that the child cannot participate in the session.
  • Tennis Heaton will place the child in an appropriate group based on availability of spaces in existing sessions, age and ability of the child.
  • All payments should be made by standing orders, direct debit or cheque made payable to Tennis Heaton
  • All bookings for courses must be accompanied by payment of the appropriate programme fee.
  • All fees and charges are exclusive of V.A.T.
  • All fees are non-refundable once the student has been accepted on to the course and is not transferable between children.
  • No refund will be provided for children withdrawing from a course after it commences
  • All courses, activities and venues are subject to change according to weather, programming and a satisfactory level of numbers.
  • We may cancel any programmes and or change any information given should this be necessary.  If we have to cancel a course for whatever reason we will offer an alternative course (if available and suitable) or a full refund.
  • You must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities.
  • In the event that the participant needs medical attention during any programme then, subject to any written notice from a parent or guardian to the contrary (which notice we must have received prior to the commencement of the relevant programme), you agree to us arranging for any appropriate and necessary treatment.
  • We do not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury or loss of or damage to property other than to the extent that it results from our negligence.
  • We treat as a priority the safety and wellbeing of all participants attending our courses. We therefore reserve the right to remove from our courses, without refund, any participant who is found bullying, behaving in a way that may be a danger to others or who is generally disruptive.
  • During all Classes the Parent and/or Carer agrees and accepts the sole responsibility, general conduct and care for the Participant during the Class and whilst on the Premises.
  • Places on all courses are limited. They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • If a course is oversubscribed, applicants will have the choice of being placed on a reserve list or offered a place on a later date.
  • If you are not the participant’s parent or guardian, you need to confirm that you have made such parent or guardian fully aware of this booking and of these terms and conditions (and that they have agreed to them).
  • All complaints should be made in writing the Tennis Heaton.

Participation implies acceptance to the Terms and Conditions as set out above.
